The Law Office is based in Houston and serves clients in Houston, Austin, and throughout Texas. Remote services may be available elsewhere where permitted by applicable law and professional rules.
Initial inquiries are generally reviewed within one business day. Depending on the matter, hourly, fixed fee, and monthly outside counsel arrangements may be available. All terms are confirmed in a written engagement agreement.
Email is the exclusive method for initial inquiries. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-sensitive information. Sending an email does not create an attorney-client relationship. The Law Office accepts a matter only after completing a conflicts review and confirming the engagement in writing. This site does not provide forms, file uploads, or chat.
